Caela Bailey is a Seattle-based chanteuse, pop/rock/hip hop/R&B/cabaret vocalist and actress. A natural performer with formidable stage presence, she she's been performing and touring with her family's vaudeville troupe, The Royal Famille DuCaniveaux, since she was just two years old. Surrounded by actors, acrobats, dancers, and musicians her entire life, singing has always been her first love. Her first band, Caela and the Dangerous Flares, has won the hearts of audiences throughout the region.

Backed by Seattle studio legends three-pack of singers, this talented group serves up modern-day Motown with a side of rhythm and blues, led by Caela's soaring, soulful vocals.

She and the band have earned rave reviews at local nightspots like The Pink Door, Nectar Lounge, Can Can Cabaret and Columbia City Theatre, as well as nationally recognized venues such as the Triple Door, Neumos and ACT Theatre. In addition to recording and performing live with the legendary New Orleans group, The Rebirth Brass Band, Caela has also been singing and tracking with some of Seattle's finest hip-hop performers, including Dyme Def.

Caela has been invited to appear as the featured singer and hostess with the Heavenly Spies, one of the leaders of Seattle's vibrant burlesque-revival scene

Since she draws her inspiration from classic vaudeville, burlesque, cabaret, and jazz standards as well as modern mainstream pop culture. She is instantly comfortable performing in many different styles, as an ensemble member or featured soloist.
