Dr. Lois P. Frankel, President of Corporate Coaching International, is an author, sought after public speaker and an internationally recognized expert in the field of work place behavior. For over 20 years Lois has traveled around the globe helping organizations achieve their business goals by maximizing use of their human capital. Dr. Lois Frankel wrote the book on coaching people to succeed in businesses large and small around the globe. Combining her experience in human resources at a Fortune 10 oil company with insights and information from her Ph.D. in Psychology, Dr. Frankel founded Corporate Coaching International.
