U.S. Presidents Almost Nobody Remembers--And Why

How come the face of Abraham Lincoln is on our money instead of Millard Fillmore, who was much more handsome? Thomas Jefferson and Theodore Roosevelt's heads are chiseled onto Mt. Rushmore---but where are the noggins of Andrew Johnson and Martin Van Buren?

In a very funny, fast, and factual presentation, Pat Cashman spotlights some of our nation's least-exalted past leaders…explains why they come up short in the
memor-ability department…and what their shortcomings can teach us about leadership, management and our own success.

Oh, Grow Down, Would You!
Restoring Our Natural Creativity

As we put childish things behind---and "grow up"---much of our imagination and the creativity that springs from it can get abandoned too.

In this thought-provoking and witty keynote, Pat shows how the creative abilities that every one of us has within can be tapped anew by rekindling "childish" fantasizing---and "playing" with ideas and the way we look at the world, our lives and our work---enabling us to be more creative "grown-ups."
