Patti Dobrowolski is a nationally acclaimed comic performer, high performance business consultant, author and keynote speaker. Patti facilitates teams in an inspired strategy session while literally capturing your organization's vision in a 4' x 8' illustration. This leaves the audience aligned and ready to take action to achieve their new direction and goals.

A veteran change agent with a Masters in Psychology specializing in Drama Therapy, she spent her early consulting years on the front lines helping teams get re-engaged following work force reductions, mergers and acquisitions. After she watched an artist drawing a real-time picture of the company's new direction, she added this powerful visual aspect to her work. She has worked with teams and leaders in Fortune 500 companies around the world.

Patti received her Masters from the California Institute of Integral Studies. She is a member of the National Speaker’s Association, won the Association of Women in Communications Woman of Achievement award in 2004 and in 2008 became an awardee of the Make Mine a Million $ Business program.

Driven by creativity, innovation and inspiration, Patti continues to explore the realms of change and transformation. One of just over 200 strategic illustrators in the world, Patti uses strategic visuals and processes to accelerate change.
