Steve is a Connection Maestro - He uses music to connect his audiences with the most important messages in the meetings, seminars and celebrations for which he writes, presents and performs.

As a writer, presenter and performer, Steve combines his understanding of an audience with his ability to creatively deliver life's most important messages with music, humor and heart. He leverages the emotionally powerful and transformational nature of music to create breakthroughs for people in their business and personal lives.

Steve helps to create and perform in Extreme Meetings®, utilizing "Infotainment" [entertainment about YOUR information] to make meetings memorable. Infotainment is comprised of comedy sketches, rock parodies, games and audience interaction that keep the audience so engaged - and laughing so hard - they hardly realize they're learning.

He also creates breakthroughs in individual, team and organizational performance through seminars and workshops focused on teambuilding, (TeamTune), relationships and presentation skills.

Writing, performing and presenting for over 30 years, Steve is a founding member of the Seattle band, The Hooters (1980-2000). He performs regularly as a singer/song-writer and guitarist, as well as writes and performs custom songs for the corporate market.

TeamTune™ is a unique three to four hour team-building event for up to 50 people. Participants discover strengths, challenges and solutions in the way they and their team members interact in this uniquely valuable dive into the creative process. People attending a TeamTune will stretch their comfort zones, add to their appreciation of other team members' unique abilities and experience a new level of fun, excitement and pride within their group.

Dive into the Creative Process
Creativity is at the origin of most conscious activities in life. Being competitive in business and in life requires high levels of this seemingly random skill.

Participants in TeamTune hear and take part in examples of how the Creative Process is used every day to move people, our businesses and our culture forward. Then, they take their own "creative journey" to build and refine their own collaborative skills. Fun, teamwork, and plenty of "aha" moments will prevail as participants work individually and as teams using the metaphor of writing pop songs.
